I'm technically up .6. Last weekend's Girl's Night really did me in. Oh well, there's always next week.
I plan to get back on track and kick out the sugars today. Nothing, nada, zilch. I have to run to Trader Joe's to get some healthy munchies and I also need to chug chug chug that water.
Oh and I plan to work out at least 2-3 more times... (I went on last night and the night before's walk with Jaime!).
Well I was down to 142.6 on Sunday but then I went out for a birthday lunch for my friend. Suddenly I'm up to 144 and can't get it down. I've exercised (12 Activity Points for those of you who know Weight Watchers)each day this week. My goal is to stick with it. I'm sure next week will be better as my exercise will pay off!
I am on spring break ....slacking my behind off. I will get back on track next week.
