I have been horrible for half of the last week and it's showing on the scale. I am up 2 pounds today from last Wednesday... any good tips?

I hope to get back on track tonight or tomorrow, but even this morning I've been horrible. :(

Hi all!

I am maintaining my weight and am currently at 134.8. After loosing 65 pounds through Weight Watchers and exercise here are some things I have learned:

1 It is a lifetime commitment to eat healthy. it is not a daily commitment or weekly. Just try yourbest to eat healthy most of the time.
2. In a lifetime you have ups and downs - as well as with the scale. Don't be hard on yourself if your weight is up one week, just remind yourself of your commitment and regroup by making healthier choices.
3. Don't deny your self of your cravings. If you are craving something "BAD" eat it but only eat a small portion. This way the craving goes away and you are not trying to fullfill it by eating everything else in sight.
4. Exercise. I found that daily walking (even if 15 minutes at a time), cleaning house, shopping, I counted it all. Wash the car rather than pay someone. It is all exercise.
5. Lookto friends for support. Buddy up or blog with us here.
