I'm pretty sure I'm 3 or 4 pounds. I've been horrible. I can eat some sugar again and I also haven't been working out. :(

Well my good news this week is that as of Wednesday I was down to 141.6 (now Friday I'm at 140.0!). four more ounces to go and I'll be at a total loss of 60 pounds!

I totally recommited to my diet & exercise plan this past week. As usual, it paid off. I have exercised for 45 - 60 min every day this week. I ate my 5-6 serving of veggies/fruit and 2 servings of dairy (Golden Sppon counts right?). I also thing what has helped this week is my husband! He has been awesome. We have worked in sync all week. Once cooks the other does dishes. I haven't even had to ask for him to help.

I'm ready girls. So I weigh 178 pounds and my goal is 155-160. I've been so bad, eating everything i'm a big stress eater, bored eater.
