Wednesday Weigh In

Hey guys!

I am coming to you with this on Tuesday because tomorrow I'll be enjoying time with my honey for his birthday at the SF Giants game!

So what's your weigh in?

Good stuff to report? BAD? Anything that worked or didn't? Anything else you'd like to share.

I'd love to hear it... come on guys get to posting!

Well, I had a pretty good week...

Actually, I did good except for Saturday, which THREE bday parties did me in... one of which I gave in and ate the AMAZING Champagne cake and too much pizza, but otherwise not too shabby.

I'll check in with my weight tomorrow, but as of today I'm down at least 3 pounds. :D

Here's my WEIGH IN:

Last week 252.8
This week 250.2 and then a bit later at 249.

I don't know what's up with the scale (A NEW ONE!!) that the past few days and I'm back and forth between 249-250.6... but regardless.

I'm DOWN!!!

Well this morning I'm at 137.0 I ws at 135.6 on Sunday morning at my Weight Watchers meeting. So I'm up a bit but I think it ws dehydration!!

I am now on the maintenance program so i'm just trying to stay at 137. I ahve two weeks to go before I become a Lifetime Member at weight Watchers. A total loss of 64 lbs and I've so far maintained my goal weight for 4 weeks.

It isn't easy but you can all do it!!

So last Tuesday I was at 179 and this morning I was at 176. I have been following the Self thingy which has been helping me with balancing working out and eating healthier.

Usually it's hot or cold with me, either dieting like crazy and not working out because i'm too tired, or working out like sweaty hell and then eating everything, so, so far I am pretty happy. We'll C!! My goal is 145-155 pounds.
